Silver Anti Tarnish Liquid

Introduction:

AG225F SILPRO protectant is a non-toxic, non-irritating water-based environmental friendly product that can form a very thin layer on the surface of silver, but it has an extremely strong protective film against sulfurization and oxidation, resistant to 5% potassium sulfide for more than 5 minutes, and resistant to high temperatures of 300 ℃ for 30 minutes above. Suitable for jewelry, accessories, and electronic connectors, it does not affect welding performance and is accepted bymany high-quality customers.

Dosage:

Fresh Bath

1. Heat DM water to 50℃.

2. Add 50-60 ml/L of AG225F SILPRO to hot DM water at 50 ℃ until completely dissolved (notexceeding 60℃)

3. Stir the protective solution evenly and maintain a constant temperature of 45-50℃ before use. (If stored below 25℃, AG225F SILPRO may become sticky or partially solidified. The container should

be placed in hot water at 50℃ -60℃ to turn it into a transparent liquid for easy pouring.)

Supplement:

Approximately every liter of AG225F SILPRO can effectively protect a workpiece area of about 15-25 square meters, and should be replenished in a timely manner. When the liquid is severely contaminated and cannot meet production requirements even after replenishment, it needs to be replace

TechnIcal process:

1. Silver and silver plated parts---> Surface cleanliness

2. Activation immersion washing --->0.5-1% nitric acid (can save this step)

3. DM Water (dipping) ----> 3 Dip (

4. Soak in protective agent----> 40-50 °C for 1-3 minutes (Agitation of article required)

5. Hot DM water wash ---->40-50 °C

6. DM water wash

7. Drying
